The more content you load onto your site, the greater the potential for losing customers. It can sound like reverse logic, but just because you have something to say doesn’t mean everybody actually wants to hear it. If you simply have-to-have piles of content, then at least consider how it’s presented so the most important content is logical and easy to find. The average attention span is shorter than ever so you should seek to entice customers with fewer, more considered words. Viewers are far more likely to contact you if you haven’t bored them, so keep it short and sweet.
